Kathie of Metta Massage is beyond excellent. I am a massage therapist myself, and there is an enormous difference between types of massage. Kathie combines her intuitive skills with many years of training in yoga, massage and life skills. Above all, she trusts the Spirit within her to guide her hands. I wish I lived closer so I could see her regularly. If you are in town for a day or for a year, do not pass up this experience!

Courtney is very gentle and yet has surprisingly strong hands. Today was my first massage after having a baby 4.5 months ago, and it was the perfect combination of easy on me and super effective to treat a multitude of knots and aches.
